From Sabotage to Support: How to become your own most trusted ally

There are many ways we sabotage ourselves when we run a business. Lack of confidence, fear, what ifs and maybes, believing we are not good enough, that we are an impostor and any minute now we will be found out ……
Most of this is in our own heads. I believe that we are always doing our best to take care of ourselves and get our needs met. It’s just that some of the ways we’ve learnt to think about ourselves and talk to ourselves no longer serve us well and the messaged get distorted.
In this session we will learn how to bring in self-compassion as a tool that can always be applied no matter how well or badly things are going, to care for and accompany ourselves. We will look at how to understand ourselves different and learn what our inner voices and thoughts are trying to tell us. This way we can get clear what support we really need to in our businesses and take action to put it in place, giving us the support and empowerment to grow in every way.
Sarah Ludford of Connect with Compassion is a trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and has been working with self-compassion for many years exploring how our relationship with ourselves is fundamental to our well being and to our relationships with others.
