How to ask for what you want

June 15 @ 10:00 - 12:30

Are there things you would like some help with? Do you find it easy to ask for the support you need?

As a female are there things you would like some help with? Do you find it easy to ask for the support you need?

In this session we will explore when, why and how to ask for help. We will get clear what we want, look at what gets in the way of asking, and get some feedback on our requests.

We live in a society where there is an expectation that we should be able to cope on your own and asking for help is seen as weakness. But human beings are interdependent creatures, we need each other. I’ll let you into a little secret…. human beings love to help each other. It’s part of our nature to want to support and care for each other and it feels so good to know that you can help someone else.

By asking for what you want in a clear way you can gift others the satisfaction of helping someone. You will leave the session with a formula for making requests.

Sarah Ludford works with a process known as Compassionate Communication and supports people to speak and listen from the heart, to improve the quality of their lives and relationships.

We are hoping to hold this event face to face but will be working in line with current government guidelines. We will keep you updated!

We also offer fee places for woman in hardship. If you would like a place, please email rebecca@thegrowingclub.co.uk
