Mindfulness Meditation for Women

Moving Mindfully: The meditative mindful movements of Chi Kung are deeply nourishing, nurturing and therapeutic. We will go gently and with ease into an experience of how these movements can be useful for you, and how easily they can be incorporated into your daily life. Chi Kung is a powerful stress management practise and is wonderful for loosening up on so many levels. I look forward to moving with you.

Nicky Beardsworth has been teaching Infinite Tai Chi/Chi Kung and Mindfulness in classes workshops and retreats for over 16yrs and she warmly invites you to a gentle experiential introduction into the benefits of these wonderful movements.
