This workshop, Mindfulness For Women Who Don’t Have Time To Pee, will help you get some much-needed relaxation as we head into the busy festive period.
If you’re running around taking care of everyone else, and trying to get a million things done all at once, this will be your opportunity to press pause and take some time just for you. No previous meditation experience is needed, just come along and enjoy the present moment.
