A 12-month business growth and sustainability programme, bridging the gap in business education for women.
Welcome to Business Growth (previously Bloom and Grow)! We have seen a significant rise in women setting up their own businesses in the UK. Running your own business is fantastic – it helps you to live a flexible life, fitting work commitments around busy personal lives whilst boosting the local economy. But for many women, juggling the various roles that we have make growing a business a real struggle.
There is clear evidence that businesses that use a business coach and have support structures in place, have significantly higher growth success. As a single mum and business owner, Jane Binnion could not find a coach that really understood her needs and that resulted in the creation of The Growing Club.

Face-to-Face
The course is a 12-month, face-to-face programme based in Lancaster. Ideal for those residing in the North West and looking to grow their business with a supportive network of women.

Online E-course
Independent Learning (self-paced): £180
An online version of the course for women looking to grow their business, whilst creating a more sustainable business.
Ideal for women in business UK wide, who can't make it to the face-to-face course or wish to study individually at their own pace.
Being a sole trader I found it hard to make unemotional decisions, but working alongside likeminded people, I feel I am in control of my destiny and business growth.
