Join us over the festive period to reflect back on 2020 and get ready to embrace with positivity, whatever 2021 will bring. To help you prepare, we’ve got some refreshing, rejuvenating and relaxing wellbeing offerings for you. A Winter Wellbeing helping hand.

Wednesday 23rd of December, 11am: Join Chartered Physiotherapist, Leah Dalby, for a Facebook Live, where she will guide you through a 15-minute session of ideas to help keep your body happy and healthy over the Christmas period. Click here for our Facebook page on Wednesday at 11.00hrs.

Wednesday 23rd of December, 7pm: Mindfulness Coach, Hazel Hardie PhD will be running a special mindfulness session to help you start a fresh new year feeling calm and positive. (Hazel will also be running a one-hour mindfulness workshop on 6th January 2021 – keep an eye on our Facebook events page for further details.)
